Indian Railways Suspends 40 Trains Over Covid, SCR List Of Cancelled Trains Here 

With the sudden spike of corona cases during the second wave in the country, the Indian Railways has cancelled the services of 40 trains, said North Western Railway (NWR) region deputy general manager Lt. Shashi Kiran.

The low passenger load is also a reason to cancel the services. The train services will remain suspended till further orders, he added.

Central Railway has decided to cancel the following trains due to poor occupancy during the period mentioned against each.

•  02109/02110 - Mumbai-Manmad-Mumbai Special from April 27 to May 10
•  02015/02016 - Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai Special from April 27 to May 10
•  02113 - Pune-Nagpur Tri-weekly Special from April 28 to May 10 & 02114 - Nagpur-Pune Tri-weekly Special from April 28 to May 9
•  02189 - Mumbai-Nagpur Special from April 28 to May 11 & 02190 - Nagpur- Mumbai Special from April 27 to May 10
•  02207 - Mumbai-Latur Four days a week Special from April 27 to May 10 & 02208 - Latur-Mumbai Four days a week special from April 28 to May 11
•  02115 - Mumbai-Solapur Special from April 28 to May 11 & 02116 - Solapur Mumbai Special from April 27 to May 10
• 01411 - Mumbai-Kolhapur Special from April 28 to May 11 & 01412 - Kolhapur Mumbai Special from April 27 to May 10
•  02111 - Mumbai-Amravati Special from April 28 to May 11 & 02112 - Amravati Mumbai Special from April 27 to May 10
• 02271 - Mumbai-Jalna Special from April 27 to May 10 & 02272 - Jalna-Mumbai Special from April 28 to May 11
• 02043 - Mumbai-Bidar Tri-weekly Special from April 28 to May 8 & 02044 - Bidar Mumbai Tri-weekly Special from April 29 to May 9

The South Central Railway (SCR) has cancelled 10 trains which are scheduled to run between April 28 and June 1. These cancellations affect the services to Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Maharashtra.

The departure time for Train no. 07229 from Thiruvananthapuram to Secunderabad was changed to 9.30 AM instead of 7 AM from April 28 to May 12.

3. Secunderabad to Bidar (07010)
4. Bidar to Hyderabad (07009)
5. Secunderabad to Kurnool City (07027)

8. Renigunta to Mysore (01066)
9. Secunderabad to Mumbai LTT (02235)
10. Mumbai LTT to Secunderabad (02236)
